I try peeing myself to get into diapers but I can't seem to keep doing it to lose control. Is there a way like holding my pee that will work and I'll be in diapers?

Dear Zeroth,

There is a way to lose control safely. I recommend our "Diaper Training" program to lose control naturally. However, because your a teen, be prepared for your parents to send you to the doctor. You will be put through tests. Sadly one test involves sticking a camera up your penis to check the bladder inside. It's not very comfortable. But if you feel it's worth it, that's up to you. I would also like to warn if you use the program, you may have day time accidents in addition to the bed wetting. You can't have one without the other. Otherwise I would wait till you have your own place and then you will be free to wear all the diapers you wish. Hope this helps.

Like I always say, I can't tell you what magic words to say to your parents to make them baby you. If you feel your parents are open minded enough, you can just ask. But if you feel they are not open minded, don't ask. As far as telling your friends you want to be regressed, if they are open minded and you trust your friend, tell them. If you feel they are not open minded and won't understand, don't share it. Hope this helps.

My baby (AB boy) has only a week left in his commitment. I know it's been hard for him, but his diapers are waiting for him. He'll be back to having accidents. He always is embarrassed by his diapers, but he refuses potty training. He's also embarrassed when I mention it here that he's not just a wetter, but he can't help and in having messing accidents too. I try to comfort him, and tell him that's what a diaper is for, and it's all right. Maybe you can ease his embarrassment? I try to tell him he is among other babies here. Not sure why he's embarrassed? By the way Pampers has a new size 7 diaper. Maybe they are going to realize the AB market. Not sure about the waist size of the cruisers size 7. Any idea? I know he'll put up a fight but, might take my little guy to movie next week. At least when the lights dim he won't think about his diapers. Please give him some encouragement. Until next time.

Why be embarrassed? It's like I always say, a diaper is just a piece of fabric around your bottom. Same can be said about boxers and briefs, there is no difference. So please don't be embarrassed. The Pampers diapers fit up to about a 25 inch waist. The Pampers 7 is the same waist size as the Pampers 6. The only difference is it's longer from front to back. But because the Pampers are designed for a baby size bladder, they would leak trying to contain a adult's bladder. As for if Pampers is realizing the AB market, it's possible. I think it more comes down to the size of babies in the US market today. There is a trend of heavier babies, more baby fat? So larger diapers need to be made to fit the larger babies. And also many children are potty training later these days as well making the need for larger diapers till the toddler can fully potty train. As for the movies, I hope your little guy enjoys the movie experience.

Dear Michaelbaby.

It's most likely going to be up to you to get your own diapers. Clearly your parents are not going to choose diapers to handle your bed wetting. And if your not careful, your parents will take you to the doctor for some very uncomfortable tests. My advice is to buy your own diapers and keep it on the down low until your old enough to get your own place and do as you like. I am looking for a plastic over pant that makes the same sound that plastic baby diapers make. I have had no luck finding anything even close. My diapers are the cloth backed disposable type (my med will only pay for these). I have been in diapers for 6 years. I have tried some of the AB diapers from ABUniverse and Bambino but I know my med will not pay for these diapers. Any help will be greatly thankful, thanks in advance.

Dear Dave,

I do not know of any plastic pants that sound like plastic backed baby diapers. All I can suggest is ordering from a few different companies and seeing if they sound like what your looking for, and if not return them. Just make sure when you test to see if they sound like plastic backed baby diapers that you don't put them on to test the sound of them. Once you put them on, legally the company can not take them back since they will have touched your skin.

You can get plastic backed adult diapers. Some medical insurance companies will pay for diapers such as Wings Choice Plus which is a plastic backed diaper but your doctor has to make sure he checks the box "Dispense as written" on the prescription pad otherwise the insurance will go with the cheapest diapers possible. Only you know your mom. If you feel she has a open mind and might understand you can tell her. If you feel she would not understand, don't do it. In the end there are no magic words for getting your mom to diaper you. For one thing, diapers are expensive and I don't know any parent who wants to go back to paying out $300.00 plus dollars a month in diapers again. Especially with the way the economy is right now. Why do you feel you need to punish yourself? Bed wetting is not your fault. It's a valid medical condition and bed wetting doesn't mean your acting like a baby. Have you talked with your family doctor yet? The bed wetting might be a medical problem causing it. The doctor can prescribe medications or even a procedure to correct the wetting. But you do not need to feel like you should be punished for something you don't have control over. It's not your fault.

We do have a safe program "Diaper Training" to lose control safely and it takes a few months to get to where you lose control. But even then, you can have day time accidents with it too. But there is no option to be able to wet only at night and be able to stop right away. Sorry. Hope this helps.

How do you put on a taped diaper on yourself?

Dear Connor,

If you are using baby diapers, there are the same instructions on the package. But the best way is for you to lay on your bed laying on your back. Then open the diaper with the tapes toward you back. Powder the diaper, then lift up your bottom and slide the back of the diaper under you. Then pull up the front and secure the tabs snuggly but not too tight. That's it. Some diapers the tape tabs come unstuck. If you find this to be a problem, I recommend putting duck tape on top of the tabs to give them extra strength. Hope this helps.

The only place to get just a plastic sheet that's not fitted is online. Many people buy shower curtains and use it as a plastic sheet. But if you want a actual plastic sheet for the bed I recommend doing a web search for "Bed wetting rubber sheet". It will give you lists of website's that sell plastic sheets. Hope this helps.

Even at 130 pounds none of the baby cloth diapers will fit you. You fall into the adult cloth diapers section by size. Although there is no reason why you can't use baby cloth diapers inside your adult diaper as booster pads. I always have liked wearing diapers but I wouldn't ever use them. I would put water in them to feel like a baby but I now have tried to use them to pee and poop in but I can't seem to use them. It seems your potty training really stuck. Your mind knows your not supposed to go in anything but the toilet. If you wish to try to undo it, I recommend the "Diaper Training" program. Since you want to have control, I would stop using the program when you can wet the diaper, but before you lose all control. Hope that helps.

Having been an AB-DL for, the past 11 years, I actually became urinary incontinent 2 years ago, medically diagnosed with an overactive bladder after a urodynamic testing at the hospital - I had to take that test as I was hospitalized because of my diabetes and could not avoid it. My urologist told me it was due to my diabetes - I've been a diabetic since the age of 12 - I'm wondering what's actually medical and what's mental in my incontinence, i-e. I've been wearing diapers for over 8 years, been through hypnotherapy and tried the 12-months diaper training program - Thank you Mommy for sending me the program 4 years ago. Any idea? Many thanks for your kind help.

It's sounds like it's a bit of both issues. The diabetes is one cause, but you also have the diaper training program and hypnosis helping to cause the incontinence as well. So I feel it's probably both. Hope this helps.

For the safest way, I recommend using the "Diaper Training" program. It does it safely, and because it's done safely it's reversible should you want control back. The two brands I recommend for heavy wetting is the Unique Wellness Briefs and the Dry 24/7. Both are rated for up to 3 liters of urine and can be worn for 10-12 hours without needing a change and would work great for overnight for a heavy wetter like yourself. Hope this helps.

I do not believe in hitting anyone, not even a child. You can discipline a child without hitting them. But since your 22, your a adult and can press charges for your dad hitting you. It's called assault. Tell him that next time he hits you, your going to have him arrested. He has no right to put his hands on you.

However you did mention that you have a AB Daddy. If your Daddy spanking you is part of the role playing and you don't like it, you need to let him know you want to stop that. Many AB/DL's use a safe word where when said all role playing stops instantly. Perhaps you can set up a safe word as well. I hope this helps.

Hello Donald. I like to say it's great to answer your question. The advice I can give you to start wetting 24/7 is wear what ever diapers you wear. Keep all thoughts as babyish as possible. Keep all movies and tv shows as babyish as possible because the reason you can't convince yourself is your mind and emotion is still in adult and keeps switching back and forward and your mind can't do that. Hello. I was wondering a lot about breastfeeding. I know I am a 14 year old boy. I am not an AB even though I want to breastfeed. When my mom came to check on me one day I was sitting on top of my bed with only my Goodnite on. After that she took her top off and started feeding me her breast milk. She can't do this much though. She has a very cute looking 28 year old friend who wants to breastfeed me. I was wondering the following: is it safe? Is it fun? Does it taste good? How does it affect my digestive system?( she only fed for a second). Anyway just wanted to know.

Hello Zach Nice to answer your question today. 1. Breastfeeding is good for you. 2. It tastes a lot like sweetened baby formula. 3. It doesn't really hurt your digestive system. It's really good for you and your brain. But do make sure you don't drink only breast milk or formula because it can't give you the nutriants that adult food can give as formula and breast milk are designed for what a baby needs. Also, many formula's are iron fortified. Such high iron intake for adults can make you sick if you drink it all the time. But a bottle hear and there won't hurt you. :) Take care.

help! I am a bed wetter and am required by my parents to wear cloth diapers and rubber pants [plastic pants] to bed every night. My parents won't buy me anything else and tell me the diapers and rubber pants are appropriate for me to wear. I have two brothers, one younger and one older who tease me and call me their baby sister. I do not like the cloth diapers and rubber pants. Can you give me any advice?

Britany best thing to help you is support from me to help you through this. Let's look into some Underjams/Goodnites or some sort of pull up to help. With me supporting you we'll get through this. Sit down with your parents and explain to them the cloth diapers make you feel very uncomfortable and you would like to try out Goodnites or Underjames as they are not as noticable. If they say they are too expensive, ask if you can do some extra chores or something in exchange of being able to use Goodnites/Underjams instead of the cloth diapers. Hope that helps. Dear Mommy, I sincerely hope you feel better. I am a DL but also suffer from both daytime and nighttime incontinence due to an overactive bladder diagnosed 2 years ago. My urologist very strongly suggests that I wear external condom catheters rather than diapers which I've been wearing non-stop for 8 years and do not want to give up as you may imagine. As she does not even like the idea of my wearing PVC pants to start with, what would you recommend me that I say to her to justify my wanting to wear diapers instead of condom catheters? Also, what do you think of wearing plastic pants with built-in leg spreaders: as I definitely need the protection against urine leaks at night, are they as protective as regular plastic pants? Any risk of later hip or leg arthritis problems? Could I sleep normally? Thank you.

Hello Phil. I belive your wishes to feel better are for Sandra. Sadly she passed away in July of 2011. So I took over for her. But thank you. My opinion to your doctor would be to tell her that you don't feel comfortable wearing the catheters. When she ask what would make you feel better, tell her you want to be in the diapers and Plastic pants. That diapers are more comfortable than the catheter. In the end, your choice of which product to use for incontinence care is your choice. Your doctor may suggest a cathator, but you have the right to say no, and insist on diapers if that's what you want to use. It's you who has to live with the choice after all, not your doctor. Plastic pants with spreaders are good but not for wearing for long periods of time because it can cause problems with yours legs and knees as you get up in age from being spread apart for so long. I think you should be able to sleep like a log.

I`m incontinence and I have to wear diapers 24/7. I have no promblem with my girlfriend changing my diapers. But lately her older sister has been babysitting me and I feel weird also embarressed having her change me. Although it dosn`t bother her at all. Mommy, I use a special lotion/ointment for incontinents. How can I avoid my plastic pants to become stiff especially around the thighs and in the front wetting area? I wear mostly Gary Original or Comfort pants which seem to last a little longer than others but after a while, they start getting stiff as well. Would baby powder protect the skin as much as a specially medicated lotion? Would it stiffen PVC in the same way? Thank you for your kind assistance.

Hello Phil. I would do the Baby powder and the lotion. It works a lot better together. The powder won't stiffen that type of PVC pants. The chemicals in the lotions/creams often harden and crack plastic pants. Give just corn startch baby powder a try. It was my Pleasure to answer your question. I'm here anytime. Hope this helps.

Hello I can tell you this? The best way to tell your parent that your a teen baby is say mom or dad I'm into a fetish called TB or teen baby and it makes me feel ______ (safe/relaxed/loved, whatever fits). But I'm warning you now that if you tell them this they may not understand. They may have you admitted to a mental hospital, have you see a counseler.

One of the worst that can happen is your parents can tell everyone what your into in a effort to shame or embarrass you out of doing it. But there is also a chance your parents will understand. Dear Mommy, I am basically a DL (on top of being legitimately urinary incontinent for medical reasons) but am increasingly behaving like a baby with an irresistible attraction to using a pacifier. I'm occasionally using it through the night, could it be a problem? Also, when I cannot resist sucking it, I cannot stop but doing it wherever I am, hiding as much as I can. The other day, I was in a hospital for my diabetes and was using it during the night when a nurse came in and noticed I was sucking my pacifier. I felt embarrassed and was unable to explain why I was doing it. She reported it to my treating doctor who asked me if I had any behavior disorders. Very embarrassing indeed! I then had to see a psychiatrist who asked me if I had any regression tendencies! She even asked me if my incontinence was for real or not! Fortunately, there is a urodynamic test report that confirms that I have an overactive bladder due a diabetes neuropathy! I had to admit that I was an ABDL and am now treated for that 'disorder'. What do you recommend me to do? In case I go to a different hospital, I'm afraid my medical files will be transferred to the new treating doctor. Please help! Thank you for your kind assistance.

It depends, for many doctors and hospitals, they cannot get your records from other doctors or hospitals unless you sign a release saying you said it was ok for one hospital to release the records to your current one. If you already signed the release form the if you go to another hospital you might have to come clean about some thing's. But not all things they only need to know what you want them to know. But if you want them completely off your tail you may have to come clean about everything. That release form is a legal binding contract. They have to have you sign that to legally request your records from anywhere else.

I still wet the bed at night but I have dry nights too but I still wet the bed. Do you think it's a medical condition.

Hello it can be but you would have to be checked out by the doctor to be sure. So ask your mom to make a appointment with your medical doctor, and also say you want to be checked out by a Urologist (A bladder doctor). In the end, many teens wet the bed, millions in fact. Most outgrow it by age 16-17, some a little later. Only about 1% continue to wet the bed as adults. So that's some good news.

What can I use to make a makeshift diaper

Hello Jim best thing I can say you can use is a king size flannel sheet folded into a preford size covered up with a garden garbage bag (33gallon black) with duck tape to tape up the sides. Here are the right sizes to fold the towels or sheets into:

To fit up to 32" you fold the cloth to make it 32" Long x 22" Wide

To fit up to 42" you fold the cloth to make it 36" Long x 27" Wide

To fit up to 52" you fold the cloth to make it 40" Long x 32" Wide

To fit up to 56" you fold the cloth to make it 44" Long x 35" Wide

To fit up to 62" you fold the cloth to make it 48" Long x 38" Wide

To fit up to 70" you fold the cloth to make it 52" Long x 42" Wide

Hi mommy I have stolen my cousins pull-ups and I wear them to bed and I want my grandma to catch me in it. So I was thinking when I go I get a shower and put it on under my pjs and she is a very loving and caring person. My second idea is to wet it so bad at night I go get her and tell her I wore a diaper but it leaked. The only thing is it's a girl pullup. My last question is will a pacifier damage my teeth?

Hello Logie how are we? Best advice I have is to go to your grandma up front and tell her you want to wear diapers/pull-ups to bed if she's loving. Because if you hide it, it can be more harder on you and more questions from grandma on why you hid it from her and didn't come clean. Paci can be bad if used for too long on teeth but a light to moderate user won't hurt. A hour or two a day is best. Anymore than that can really cause problems.

Well I was wondering what size diaper would fit the best? I have a 36 inch waist.

Hello Cody. You fall under "Medium" which fits people with a 32"–44" waist. But if you want the most room to move around and to breath get size "Large" which fits people with a 44"–56". Normally each size bigger has more absorbent fluff than the one before, so sometimes wearing one size larger can help with heavy wetter's. But the down side is going larger the diapers can be harder to get snug and prevent leaks. So try the Medium and if that is snug, move to Large.
