I have to go to the doctors next week. Should I let the nurse change my diaper? ...or do it myself? I know I am old enough. The female nurse is a personal friend of mine. I wear Luvs 6 diapers 24/7, because of my immature bladder. I have to drink a lot of fluids to keep my kidneys functioning.

When I'm inside my house, I just wear a t-shirt and diaper. When I have company I wear loose clothing so nobody knows that I am wearing a diaper. Sometimes I do not wipe and powder myself, because it would give me away that I am wearing a diaper. Is this a mistake to where I can develop diaper rash? After I take a bath, I use baby lotion, to help keep my skin soft and moist. I use baby lotion only at night. Should I use baby lotion in the morning too?

To help your skin use lotion after every change morning, noon and night and powder 2 times a day.

It is sometimes hard to cope with my disability in public. I basically stay at home indoors. I am afraid to step outside with my diaper on. In some instances I do. Is it natural to feel that way? I am glad I found this site by Google search. In your opinion. What is the best toddler disposable diaper? I wore Pampers during my younger years. Now I wear Luvs. Luvs are bigger than Pampers. I feel embarrassed when I go to Walmart to purchase Luvs diapers as they are for me. Thank you Mom for the support and someone to talk to! David

In my opinion the best toddler diapers are Goodnites, Pull ups, and Under Jams. It's normal to feel like this, a lot of my babies feel like this in public so don't feel so bad If you have any other problem I'm here.
